Hi, I'm Karen

I help teams ship products that feel effortless, using research, data and experimentation to craft customer experiences.

I'm an end-to-end designer, delivering design from discovery through to UI for development. I work from the context out, diving into the details without losing sight of customer and business outcomes. From scale-ups to large corporates, I've worked collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver value through feasibility and evidence-based design.

Outside of work, you'll find me exploring the great outdoors, dining out or experimenting with new recipes at home.
